ESSET provide a range of courses to support schools with their development. As an organisation we believe that the strategies we use in our schools and culture that we create not only has an impact on those pupils with SEND but the whole school community.
We have a passion to see every child flourish and run courses that support with specific areas of need through to bespoke packages to work alongside the leadership team in a school to support with curriculum design, staff structure and use of resources.
ESSET is a trust made up of 19 special schools. Depending on your area of need support will be given by the most relevant school from the trust that offers the type of training/ consultancy that you require. Our vision is that every school in Essex is able to receive support from ESSET regardless of location.
All ESSET training and consultancy support that occurs within your own setting is able to be customised to the needs of the school. Our vision is to work alongside the leadership and management to help equip the staff to meet the needs of every leaner.
